AI Driven Customer Operations & Real-Time Engagement (AIDCORE)

Businesses in the ecommerce space struggle with accurately understanding customer sentiment, gaining detailed product performance insights, and effectively benchmarking against competitors. Additionally, they face challenges in real-time customer engagement by proactively reaching out to the customers to address their needs or inform them of the latest product updates. User feedback is often underutilized, leading to missed opportunities for improvement. This project, AIDCORE, aims to address these issues by leveraging AI to analyze user feedback, enhance customer understanding, engagement, and satisfaction, and drive continuous product improvement.
