SmartAssist: Customer Conversational Intelligence Platform – Powered by LLM

The "SmartAssist" project aims to transform TourPlanner's customer service using an AI-powered Customer Conversational Intelligence Platform (CCIP) based on LLMs. The platform addresses challenges in handling customer interactions across multiple channels, such as fragmented data, sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and agent performance. By leveraging a fine-tuned Llama model, Chroma DB, and chat memory, it provides personalized, real-time recommendations, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. User testing highlighted challenges like limited compute resources, chat memory issues, and intent classification accuracy, leading to recommendations for enhancing personalization, streamlining operations, and optimizing real-time responses for better customer service outcomes.

About Program

The Advanced Certification Programme in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering is an intensive AI course that equips you with the knowledge and tools to build and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for real-world language and vision AI tasks. Participants will master selecting and deploying appropriate Generative AI tools and industry-standard LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations) methodologies. Designed and delivered by IISc Faculty, this four-month programme comprises live interactive sessions, industry-specific modules, campus visits, and capstones.
